When you submit a quick application, we collect your contact details, location, position of interest, CDL status and expiration, driving experience, work and cross-border eligibility, recent safety-history response, availability and preferred contact method. We also create an application reference and record the submission date and status. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use applicant information to receive and review applications, communicate about TruckNex driving opportunities, evaluate basic role qualifications, maintain recruiting records, protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Recruiting communications
If you consent on the application form, TruckNex may contact you by telephone or email about your application and related driving opportunities. Message or carrier charges may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential recruiting communications at any time by contacting recruiting.
How information is shared
We may share information with authorized TruckNex recruiting and operations personnel and service providers that host, secure or support our recruiting systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect applicants, TruckNex or others. We do not sell applicant personal information.
